The EU TPD regulations May 2017 has caused a dramatic increase in the number of plastic e liquid bottles being used. Before the TPD regulations a vaper could buy a single 120ml bottle of e liquid. The day after the the TPD regulation came into being that same vapour now has to purchase 13 plastic bottles to make a single 120ml at 18mg strength.

The estimated increase of plastic e liquid bottles going into the UK environment because of the EU TPD is an additional 3 Billion per year.

rPET is tough, clear, has good chemical resistance with natural barrier properties and processes as well – if not better than – virgin PET. rPET is suitable for most polymer processing methods.
